In this post, you will learn the two most common ways to express or in Japanese &#8211;\u00a0\u304b (ka) and\u00a0\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082 (soretomo).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u300c<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u304b\u300d<\/strong><strong>&#8211; Ka<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The most common way to offer choices is by using \u304b (ka). All you need to do is add the \u304b (ka) between nouns. While \u304b (ka) is only for connecting nouns, \u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082 (soretomo) can be used for connecting verbs and adjectives too.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Structure: Question with Alternative, Soretomo Alternative 2.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">\u3042\u306e\u30ab\u30d0\u30f3\u306f\u9ad8\u3044\u3067\u3059\u304b\u3001<strong>\u305d\u308c\u3068\u3082<\/strong>\u5b89\u3044\u3067\u3059\u304b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ano kaban wa takai desu ka, <strong>soretomo<\/strong> yasui desu ka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Is that bag expensive?
