Without the word \u2018that wears a red dress<\/em>\u2019, the information is not clear. Consequently, removing the words \u2018that wears a red dress<\/em>\u2019, the sentence meaning would be altered.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Quantifiers (all, everything, something, the thing) are followed by \u2018that<\/strong>\u2019 instead of which.<\/p>\n Everything that they do, they do well.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n How is it?
