這 [这] (zhè) and 那 (nà), which are literally translated as this and that respectively, are demonstrative pronouns in Chinese. In general, we use demonstrative pronouns + 是 (shì) and followed by nouns to point out something or someone.

Plural Demonstrative Pronouns
We form plural demonstrative pronouns by adding the suffix 些 (xiē) behind 這 [这] (zhè) or 那 (nà).

Examples:
這些都很好。

Demonstrative Pronouns with Measure Words
這 [这] (zhè) and 那 (nà) can also be followed by measure words before nouns. If the nouns are plural, insert the number before the measure words.
